How We Can Help

As professionals with careers in engineering, technology and education, we know the benefits of STEM education.  With our classes, summer programs and clubs, we are constantly exploring new ways to enrich young minds and get students excited about science, technology, engineering and math.  Want to host an event or offer a class?  We can help.  Want to start a FIRST LEGO League?  We've done that and can help you get it started.  Are you a teacher or homeschooling parent looking to create excitement around STEM education?  We can help with that, too!  With our many years of combined educational and professional experience, we can provide educational resources, programs and curriculum development.  It's all about working together.

Here's just a few of the things we've worked on in community with local schools and community organizations recently:

  • Summer STEM programs, with 2-6 week classes in robotics, electronics and embedded programming

  • FIRST LEGO League, meeting weekly and participating in regional competition

  • SeaPerch - underwater remotely operated vehicle program, meeting weekly and participating in regional competition

  • Mentor training for volunteers

Some things we're working on now:

  • Simple machines program for elementary students

  • High school presentations for careers in STEM

  • Combining literacy objectives with electronics and circuit design

And that's just the beginning!  We're always looking for new and exciting ways to explore STEM together.  And we want to hear from you!  Contact us if you want more information or if you have a great idea we could explore together.
